Baan Mandala Condominiums Co., Ltd. is the company of Swedish builder-developer Staffan Nordstrand, known for launching the Mandala Condominium project in 2010 without any off-plan sales — completed units only. On Phuket the company built Baan Mandala near Bang Tao (condos, penthouses and villas), recognised at the Thailand Property Awards 2010–2011 as a top Phuket condo development.
