layanre.com is run by Artem — an independent authorized partner of VillaCarte Group and Layan Verde (the “operator”). This page explains what data is collected, why, and what rights you have.

1. What data is collected

Via forms on the site: name, contact (Telegram, WhatsApp or e-mail) and details you provide yourself (budget, purchase goal, project of interest, the page the enquiry was sent from).

Automatically: standard hosting logs (IP address, browser type, request time). If analytics is enabled, it collects anonymised page-view data.

2. Why it is needed

To answer your enquiry: unit selection, yield calculation, consultation, agency and concierge services.

To pass your enquiry to the relevant VillaCarte Group / VillaCarte team (sales, concierge) where necessary to fulfil your request.

3. Who it is shared with

Only VillaCarte group teams involved in handling your request, and the services used for correspondence (e-mail, Telegram, WhatsApp, CRM). Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

4. Storage and retention

Data is kept in the operator’s mailbox/CRM while your request is active, or until you ask for deletion.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion — write to artem@layanre.com. Requests are handled within a reasonable time, normally 30 days.

Processing follows Thailand’s PDPA and, for EU residents, the GDPR.

6. Cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Third-party services (fonts, analytics if enabled) may set technical cookies under their own policies.
