What commission does a partner earn?

A market-rate commission plus a cash bonus under the programme terms. The exact rate depends on the project, volume and format — discussed at a meeting and not disclosed publicly.

How is a deal attributed to an agent?

Through deal registration: the client is locked to the partner on first contact. This protects against attribution disputes.

Do I need a licence?

No, the format is flexible: agencies, private brokers and referral partners from any country all fit.

What yield do my clients get?

In both projects the pool model gives clients an owner net yield of ~8–10% a year (the owner receives 60% of the pool’s net profit).

Can I work remotely without visiting the island?

Yes. Viewings can run online, and we handle documents and the deal on-site — you run the client remotely.
