Green Heritage is the developer behind Katamanda, a hillside villa estate between Kata Noi and Karon (the same developer is also linked to the nearby Kata Gardens project). Phase 1 of Katamanda was handed over in 2003 and has run an active resale/rental life since — villas are managed as hotel-serviced rentals. We found no public portfolio of newer projects from this developer on Phuket.
