Pavara Development is part of the Mongkon Mahakit Group, a jewelry manufacturer working with international brands since 1987. Real estate is a new line of business for the group: on Phuket it has announced the Pavara Khiri Collection enclave in Cherng Talay and the Pavara Ocean project in Layan. Its dedicated development portfolio is still small — the developer is backed by a manufacturing conglomerate’s capital rather than a long villa-building track record.
