Railand Property International is the developer of the Sole Mio Residences condo-hotel in Bang Tao, together with partner Phuket Asialand. Phase 1 (studios) was delivered in September 2023 and already operates as the Sole Mio boutique hotel; Phase 2 is at the foundation stage, with handover planned for late 2027. We found no public portfolio of past projects under this name beyond Sole Mio.
