Tonsai Co., Ltd. is a development structure involving Deer Run Limited (an investor with development experience in China and, since 2018, other Asian countries) and the Ritthisirikul family, which provides legal support and construction contracting on Phuket. On the island it is known for the Rainpalm Villas project near Bang Tao beach.
