The Title ready condo near Nai Yang beach — one of the most affordable entry prices in the whole brand lineup
The Title Residences Nai Yang is a completed condominium from developer Rhom Bho Property PLC in the Sakhu area, near Nai Yang beach in northwest Phuket. The project was completed in 2018, making it one of the earliest-delivered projects of “The Title” brand outside its parent Rawai — and today it already has a real operating history rather than just marketing promises.
The location is standard for Nai Yang: the beach is ~250 meters away, a long, quiet coastline next to Sirinat National Park, HKT airport is about a 5-minute drive, and restaurants, cafés and shops are within walking distance of the complex. The area remains more of a “residential” and less touristy district than Bang Tao, which is both a plus (quieter, cheaper upkeep) and a minus (less short-stay tourist rental demand, with the model leaning more on long-term residents and winter snowbirds).
The project’s main selling point is price: a starting point of ~$98,500 makes it one of the most affordable entry options in the entire The Title lineup near a beach. 1-bedroom units of 34–46 sqm sell from 4.095M THB ($120,800), putting the price per sqm at around 100,000–120,000 THB — noticeably below new Bang Tao and Layan projects, and below newer lineup neighbors in Nai Yang itself. For 2-bedrooms of 72–81 sqm, a specific price by type is not published — availability and pricing for these need to be confirmed as-is. Sources don’t disclose CAM fee or sinking fund figures — confirm with the management company before the deal.
The project comprises 91 units across 7 buildings, with five pools, a fitness center, a sauna with steam room, and a kids club on-site; the much larger The Title Serenity is being built nearby in the same Sakhu area, so we confirm exact unit counts and current availability for a specific building during selection.
Since the project is already complete, the risks typical of off-plan don’t apply here — you can see the actual condition of the building and common areas. The claimed rental yield (~8% annually per villacarte) is a developer benchmark, not backed by an independent contract; for a completed project it’s more sensible to rely on the actual rental history of a specific unit, if the seller is willing to provide it.
As an agency we work off the price list of current owners and the developer: before a viewing we’ll confirm the actual unit and building count, the availability of specific lots, freehold status, and the actual rental history — and benchmark the economics against newer projects in The Title lineup in Nai Yang and Bang Tao.

Villacarte’s benchmark is ~8% annually, but this is a developer marketing statement, not backed by an independent income-guarantee contract. For a completed project it makes more sense to ask the owner for the unit’s actual rental history.
These are two separate projects by the same developer in the Nai Yang/Sakhu area: Halo was completed later (2024, 329 units, ~350 m from the beach), while Residences Nai Yang was completed earlier (2018) and sits closer to the beach (~250 m). We’ll compare their economics for a given buyer’s goal.
