AE Phuket Co., Ltd. is an architecture-and-construction firm that worked on the Vista Del Mar and HOMA projects; in Layan it is building the boutique club community Cohiba Villas Layan, initiated by interior designer Christian Scherff, and in Rawai it built the 372-unit Next Point Condominium.
