Bell Land Development Co., Ltd. developed the Bellevue brand in the north of the island: the Bellevue Beachfront condominium by Layan Beach and Bellevue Lagoon in the Bang Tao Laguna area. We found no public track record of projects outside the Bellevue brand — we evaluate the company on these two developments.
