The project sits on the southern tip of Phuket, in Rawai, about 250 meters from the shore — noticeably closer to the water than the same developer’s first phase, Babylon Sky Garden (~800 m). Nearby are Chalong Bay and Cape Panwa, though the developer doesn’t disclose exact distances to these landmarks. The area remains quiet and less touristic than the island’s west coast.
Entry starts from ~$111,864 for a studio of about 44 sqm — a third cheaper than the entry price of the first phase, Babylon Sky Garden (from ~$137,375), while the unit mix is wider, reaching suites with a private pool up to 142 sqm. The rental model is a 30/70 pool favoring the management company, with no yield percentage stated by the developer — unlike many competitors in the segment that promise specific figures. Installments during construction are available.
The developer is Billfishing Phuket Co., Ltd. — the same company behind the first phase, Babylon Sky Garden, and the Babylon Pool Villas resort, active since 2009. The original target completion was Q4 2025; before reserving a specific unit it’s worth confirming the actual completion and occupancy-permit status.
