Wamdom Development is a partnership between Luxury Phuket, a local real estate agency, and WamDom, a Russian development company. In the south of the island it delivers compact villa projects: Garuda Villas (4 villas near the Karon viewpoint) and WamDom Villas Rawai (7 units, completed May 2025).
